NRIQ SERVICES: PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY (OFFICIAL 2026)

1. PREAMBLE & INSTITUTIONAL RIGOR
NRIQ Services (the “Company”) operates with the rigor of institutional banking. We manage the global “Hustle” of the NRI community with absolute transparency. This policy outlines the financial and legal framework governing payments, cost recoveries, and the limits of refund eligibility.

2. PAYMENT METHODS & PRICE TRANSPARENCY
Total Price: All listed prices are inclusive of 18% GST. The final checkout amount reflects the “Total Price” to be paid.
Security: Transactions are processed via Razorpay. We support Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and NEFT/RTGS.
Currency: Transactions are primarily in USD, converted at transparent gateway rates.
Invoicing: Digital invoices detailing the service/product and GST breakdown are issued immediately post-payment for your tax compliance records.
3. CANCELLATION & COST RECOVERY FEES
In compliance with Rule 4(9) of the E-Commerce Rules 2020, NRIQ generally does not charge arbitrary cancellation fees. However, the following Cost Recovery terms apply:
Post-Approval Costs: If a service or product has been approved by the client and subsequently purchased, prepared, or manufactured by NRIQ or our partner sellers, the client shall be liable for the full cost of such preparation/manufacturing.
Direct Expenses: Any non-refundable third-party costs (Govt. fees, custom manufacturing, or specific procurement) incurred after client approval will be deducted from any potential refund.
Administrative Fee: A 2% processing fee applies to all cancellations initiated before service commencement to cover bank gateway charges.
4. SERVICE REFUND POLICY: NO “CHANGE OF MIND”
Our professional advice and management services are built on the “Intelligence Quotient” of our experts.
No Change of Mind: Once a service has been booked and the consultation or project work has commenced, refunds based on a “Change of Mind” are strictly not entertained.
Material Non-Performance: Refunds are only considered in cases of “Material Non-Performance,” where the service provided fails to meet the documented scope of work agreed upon at the time of booking.
Pro-rated Refunds: For ongoing management services, refunds are pro-rated based on the work already completed up to the date of a valid cancellation request.
5. NRIQ GENNIE: PRODUCT RETURN & REFUND TERMS
For physical goods purchased through our shopping module:
Strict Eligibility: Returns are ONLY accepted for items that are:
- Physically Damaged upon arrival.
- Defective (Functional failure).
- Wrong Item (Item delivered does not match the SKU/Model ordered).
Technical Specification Mismatch: Claims regarding an item being “Not as Described” are limited to Material Specification Mismatches (e.g., wrong material, wrong size, or missing features as per the manufacturer’s spec sheet). Subjective interpretations of descriptions do not qualify for returns.
No Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for “Change of Mind” or “Buyer’s Remorse” once a product has been shipped.
Timeframe: Any damage or defect must be reported via support@nriq.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
6. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL CELL
In accordance with Rule 5(3) of the E-Commerce Rules 2020, NRIQ has established a dedicated Redressal Cell to handle all client concerns.

Acknowledgment: All complaints will be acknowledged via email within 48 hours.
Resolution: We aim to provide a formal resolution or status update within one month of receipt.
Ticket Tracking: Communication will be managed via your registered email thread to ensure a consolidated history of the dispute.
7. LEGAL JURISDICTION
NRIQ Services operates under the legal framework of India. By using our platform, you agree that any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and Consumer Forums in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
