Proposal & Search
Based on your checklist, we provide a tailored proposal .
Property Search Report
For a fee of $50 per property, we provide a comprehensive due diligence report including rental details, photos, and video tours. If you finalize a property through us, 50% of these search fees will be adjusted against the final success fee.
Verification Only
If you have sourced a property yourself but need peace of mind, we arrange for independent vetting of documents and site inspection for a flat fee of $150.
Finalization & Success Fees
We facilitate the closing process, including the arrangement of legal agreements between you and the landlord or seller .
For Rental Properties
Our professional fee is equivalent to 1 Month of Rent upon finalization.
For Property Purchase
Our professional fee is 1% of the total property cost .
On-Site Representation
Should you require our physical presence to negotiate or finalize the deal, applicable travel, lodging, and boarding costs will be charged .
